ATMOS(TM) SCHEDULER is an off-line system which provides a means to quickly modify a schedule and view the results relieving the schedule operator from manual effort and thus providing the ability to respond to changes quickly. This in turn improves the ability of the pipeline management system to manage and control the operation of a pipeline.
