ATMOS(TM) LSIM Offline: Detailed Hydraulic Model for Off-line Simulation

ATMOS(TM) LSIM Offline is a proprietary off-line hydraulic simulator for liquid pipeline and can be used for the design and operation al simulation of pipeline systems. The simulation software can simulate line-fill scenarios, demand scenarios, logic control and P&ID control, surge and vapour pocket analysis, ect. Initial states can be loaded in from the live pipeline of histoprical pipeline operational data or previous simulations.

ATMOS(TM) LSIM Offline has a Predictive Simulation Model which is similar to the on-line look-ahead model. The predictive what-if simulation is only run at the operator's request. The initial state is the actual state of the pipeline and the operator  can then simulate changing of set-points, pump switchig and changes in flow paths.

ATMOS(TM) LSIM Offline is unique as it has been engineered in VB.Net in house by ATMOS engineers for a Windows & Web environment and contains the latest solvers.

 

ATMOS(TM) LSIM Online:Detailed Hydraulic Model for On-line Simulation 

ATMOS(TM) LSIM Online is a proprietary on-line hydraulic simulator for liquid pipelines and can be used for the real-time operation of pipeline systems.

ATMOS(TM) LSIM Online has a Look-Ahead Module which is similar to the off-line predictive except that the module runs cyclically in the background without Operator input. Starting with current operating conditions of the pipeline, predefined future operating scenarios are simulated using the transient model. If there are any problems identified in any of the scenarios, then the relevant warnings are issued.
