ATMOS(TM) Trainer: Offline Training in Pipeline Operations

ATMOS(TM) Trainer is designed to provide either generic or dedicated pipeline training tools.

The generic trainer uses a typical pipeline configuration with standard pipeline equipment and can emulate standard pipeline operations.

The dedicated pipeline trainer includes a virtual pipeline that is configured per project to mimic the actual operational scenarios and procedures of each pipeline.

Both types of ATMOS(TM) Trainer present simulated scenarios to the trainee on a computer screen under the control and supervision of the instructor. The instructor will have at his disposal a library of pre-recorded configurations and scenarios covering the whole spectrum of perceived events, emergencies and failures that may occur during the pipeline's lifetime. The trainee's inputs and interactions will be monitored and logged for the purposes of replaying in post-training debriefings.
If required, ATMOS(TM) Trainer can accurately emulate the functionality, look & feel of the live control system when implemented with the SCADA HMI (Face Plates).
