What is the maximum number of inlet/outlet points that ATMOS can handle on one system?

There is no limit in the maximum number of inlet and outlet points. Since a modern PC is powerful enough to handle hundreds to thousands of signal points from the field. ATMOS will be able to process all these signals within a scan interval of 10 seconds.
