TUV

This is the body that oversees the engineering safety of pipelines in Germany. ATMOS Pipe is used in Germany to monitor two major crude oil pipelines since March 2000 (RRP), and a third one since August 2002 (NWO). After a series of real leak trials during steady state and transients,  continuous operation without false alarms, both pipeline operators are in the final stages of having ATMOS Pipe certified as their pipeline leak detection software by TUV.
