We’re looking for a Spanish speaking Marketing Executive to join our global marketing team and lead on the integrated marketing plans we have for Latin America (LATAM). In this role you will be using your marketing skills to promote Atmos’ new and existing products and services by working with the sales teams, third party representatives and with the support of the global marketing team.

Working with the global sales and marketing team you will be exposed to other regions and marketing areas to support the overall delivery of the marketing team.

The role will be based in Manchester with travel to LATAM countries.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the regional sales teams to manage the LATAM hosted and sponsored events calendar, while working with third parties to negotiate the sponsorship packages and event locations, stand graphics, furniture, logistics and collateral
  • Responsible for managing Atmos’ LATAM hosted event calendar including in person training and sales events, and digitally hosted events eg webinars
  • Responsible for the LATAM event “call for papers” schedule. Working with Atmos’ sales, technical and content specialists to prepare and create materials for event speaking opportunities
  • Providing Spanish translations for marketing materials and content including but not limited to collateral, blogs, press releases, presentations, website and social media
  • Creating the visual graphics for marketing activities including collateral, event stands, marketing materials and social media
  • Updating the Atmos global website with the latest news and resources
  • Social media scheduling, tracking and reporting
  • Tracking and maintaining CRM event and digital leads
  • Supporting the sales teams with proposals, presentations and ad-hoc requests
  • Ensuring brand presence and standards across outputs including marketing materials, documentation, social, digital and print

Skills

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Solid and broad range of marketing experience and knowledge
  • Understands the production process for all aspects of marketing, including costs, timings and key stages with a responsibility towards the delivery of activities
  • Good, proven copy writing skills
  • Able to understand and interpret briefs
  • Confident and clear communications skills and confident in direct contact with sales teams, senior leaders and directors
  • Able to chair meetings confidently
  • Good negotiation skills when working with third party providers eg event suppliers
  • Effectively manages internal stakeholder engagement
  • Demonstrates real team spirit through supporting others to help achieve a common goal

Technical skills

  • Fluent in verbal and written Spanish communication
  • Fluent in verbal and written Portuguese communication (desirable).
  • Able to use Adobe Creative Suite to a good standard
  • Able to confidently use a CMS to maintain website content
  • Able to use CRM for event and digital lead tracking
  • Good understanding of social media platforms

Qualifications/Experience

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing/business or placement/gap year from studying
  • 2+ years’ experience within a marketing role
