ATMOS TANK provides a set of comprehensive functions to monitor tank volume relative to its limits as well as comparing tank volume change to volumes entering and exiting the tank. Monitoring metered volumes in and out of the tank enables detection of stuck level gauges that could result in tank overflow. Such additional functions can assist tank farm operators to prevent oil spillage by carrying out early diagnosis and taking corrective actions.
ATMOS TANK can also compute ' volume to fill and empty' given the tank volume and metered flow-rate. It can work in conjunction with ATMOS Batch and ATMOS Pipe to provide an overall integrity management system from the tank farm origin to transport pipeline and customer destination tanks.
