Atmos International is a highly successful worldwide engineering technology and service supplier to the blue chip companies in the oil, gas, aviation, water and chemical industries. Our state-of-art technology includes pipeline leak and theft detection, hydraulic simulation, pig tracking, batch tracking, optimization, and gas management systems.

Atmos is currently in search of an individual to work in conjunction with Project and Finance teams to ensure Sales Invoicing is prepared accurately in a timely manner along with all Sales Tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:

To complete:

  • Preparation and issuance of sales invoices in conjunction with Project/Maintenance teams
  • Liaison with external sales tax consultant to ensure correct sales tax stated is applied on a project by project basis.
  • Monthly Review of project status to ensure all projects are invoiced to order value.
  • Ensure contract values on Accounting System (Sage) are amended for all additional work.
  • Preparation and filing of all sales tax returns monthly, quarterly, bi-annually & annually
  • Obtaining sales exemption certificates from customers as required
  • Renewing sales exemption certificates on an annual basis
  • Preparation of Nominal ledger reconciliations as required
  • Follow up with clients for unpaid invoices
  • Reconciliation of financial accounts
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly financial report generation
  • Ensure that all financial records are maintained to Atmos quality standards
  • To carry out general and ad hoc administration
  • To carry out all other reasonable requests from colleagues.
  • To Assist finance department during audits
  • To take shared responsibility for self-development and to identify training and resources required to support ongoing performance improvement.


  • Preparing US sales invoices
  • US Sales tax exposure (multiple states)
  • 3. Preparation of Sales tax returns
  • Experience with Avalara, Sage is a plus
  • Authorized to work in the US
