Atmos helping those in need last Christmas
Over the festive season, Atmos International colleagues donated items in need to our local foodbanks in both Manchester, UK and San Antonio, Texas, US.
We were able to give much needed items such as hygiene products, tinned goods, coffee and other non-perishable items. This ensures food banks such as Chorlton & Didsbury Foodbank and San Antonio Food Bank can provide a minimum of three days’ worth of nutritionally balanced emergency food and supplies to local people.
With 1 in 5 of the UK population and over 10% of the US population living below the poverty line, year-on-year growth in the number of individuals relying on food banks means that they are a lifeline that allows individuals and families to eat during the cost of living crisis.
