On Monday General Electric Co (GE) announced that they would be merging their petroleum related operations with Baker Hughes Inc to create the second largest oilfield service company in the world.
GE’s Measurement & Control business has significantly enhanced its pipeline capabilities by entering a cooperation agreement with Atmos International, a leading global supplier of pipeline leak detection and simulation technology to the oil, gas, water and associated industries.
