Harry’s dual role gives him a unique perspective. As a customer-facing sales engineer, he works closely with pipeline operators and on engineering, procurement and construction contracts (EPCs) across the UK and Europe, gaining direct insight into their operational priorities, risk management requirements and performance challenges. As a senior research engineer, he translates these real-world challenges into practical research and development initiatives that strengthen and advance our leak detection services.
